Biography

R&D and innovation are my passion. I strongly believe that there is no future for any company that doesn't want to innovate . Excellence demands that we always have our eyes fixed on the future, so that the technical solutions to our problems of today, can also be adapted to a distant future. I like challenges and I never give up. I am a very team player; I always put people first. Finally what matters the more to me about anyone, is the journey he has taken to reach an admirable level of knowledge and excellence despite the many pitfalls of life, and not his destination. The place of destination remains always ephemeral, while the knowledge remains forever in the mind of the person who possesses it
